Letters exchange between scribd.com and the stolen author Échange de lettres entre scribd.com et l'auteur volé De : Mathius Shadow-Sky à : copyright@scribd.com, bizdev@scribd.com Date : 15 juil. 2019 20:56 Objet : Scribd a thief Trip Adler, Too many times I found my books published from centrebombe.org in your website scribd.com. What is not OK is that you make to pay people to read my freebook from the Internet. You use my books published for free by centrebombe.org to make money: that is against all honesty and the law. Scribd acts as a thief (like many others as Lastfm). I know that to publish music and writings on the Internet for free you will find your published mp3 and pdf files all over the web. centrebombe on the Internet is 23 years old. But when a commercial company aloud to upload files without the agreement of the author and the publisher that makes the company a thief. Scribd acts as a thief. My demand is simple: erase all centrebombe books from Scribd. Myster Mathius Shadow-Sky centrebombe@gmail.com By the way Trip Adler, Scribd is not the first website giving the access for free to book and knowledge, why to say that and make people pay? The first project ever is called Gutenberg Project, then Archive.org, etc., all came before you, and they are really free like Centrebombe.org as Scribd is not. What a shame. Mathius Shadow-Sky THE STOLEN AUTHOR De : Mathius Shadow-Sky à : Scribd , bizdev@scribd.com Date : 23 juil. 2019 16:04 Objet : Re : Scribd a thief Well, Trip Adler, Considering not receiving any answer from you since a week, I presume you stay on your position: stealing the works from authors without their agreement! to make by robbery Scribd exists. I understand, by not answering me, that you are hiding. I understand you hid your shame. But also, by not answering me and not erasing my books from your website, I presume you decided to be and stay the robber, as you need Scribd works. OK : The aftermath of your robbery makes me start a campaign to inform people how Scribd steals authors' books to make pay readers for stolen free books. And also the judicial consequences. Easy, Again, your company is prepared to protect its felony about what it matters to scbribd.com: to keep the stolen money. Exactly like CBS Last fm, also an American company. At the same time: you make work the users "readers" for you (to upload the material of your payment) and make them pay for what they work for you. Which in your terms sounds as: "a digital self-publishing and subscription reading service provider" = "un fournisseur de service numérique d'autoédition et de lecture par abonnements"... Vicious and Weird desperate way to make money where everybody seems to be blind. And, you insist wanted me to work for you of what you are aware being under protection of the American law. To make for free the job for you? at https://scribd.wufoo.com/forms/m1snuv7807ux2m3 My books, as I said, are written in French that makes them protected by the French law, not the American. As I said, all my books in pdf format are published at http://centrebombe.org website. You just have to verify and erase the "displaced" pdf files copies in the scribd.com server. The robbery is easy to identify by the French law, even if you hide behind the false argument of "self-publishing and subscription reading service provider" by keeping, retaining, Internet free books, in pdf file format, at scribd.com and make people pay to access them. Easy identified felony. But not by American law, I notice and record! Stolen, because you, scribd.com, make them pay by "a subscription" (sic) for free access books which not belong to scbribd.com but to me the author. Making money on my read books. I am enough clear? - "Scribd cannot process your notification until you provide more information." - My name and the location of my published books are enough to repair the robbery.
